We recently decided to sell our home and move to our retirement home. Many of the brokers we [considered] did everything over the computer. When the home we had originally planned to move to fell apart late in the process (seller’s fault), we had to change course last minute and she helped us through the process and kept us on our original timeline, saving us from being “homeless” between the sale and purchase of our home.
